Attention to Care Interdisciplinary Teams (ACIT) initiatives provide an opportunity to reinforce knowledge and practice as a collective. The purpose of this webinar is to discuss the “Skin and Wound ACITeam” initiative on Prevention and Management of Pressure Ulcers that has helped decrease the prevalence of pressure ulcers at Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, Canada.
