Delirium affects a large proportion of older adults in acute care. To maintain patient safety and ensure better outcomes, nurses must not only recognize delirium, but also be cognizant of its many etiologies in order to prevent and/or manage its symptoms. The purpose of this webinar is to introduce the Safety Bundle as an assessment method that nurses can use in the care of the older patients for effective interventions.
