Improved Outcomes for the Geriatric Population

The Geriatric Service Committee has developed a geriatric education program focused on increasing the professional knowledge of the interdisciplinary team in caring for the complex older adult patient. The program has yielded positive outcomes such as an increase in knowledge of “best practices” for care of the older adult, decreased length of stay, and increased satisfaction scores. The purpose of this webinar is to review the steps necessary to implement a successful clinical outcomes improvement plan.
