NICHE provides essential tools and resources required for the successful start-up, quality maintenance and sustainability of the NICHE program. These resources deliver the means to develop individual nursing competencies and create a care environment that supports best practices. The materials have been developed in response to needs identified by NICHE clinicians, educators and administrators.
